Welcome to Synergy! In this guide, we’ll show you how to use Synergy Cloud and applications plus some tips and tricks to make you a power user in no time. Let's get started!

What is Synergy Cloud?

Synergy Cloud is a productivity cloud with content management and collaboration. Synergy Cloud combines a cloud-agnostic server and native applications into one solution.

  • Drive
    : an enterprise content management solution to access, manage, and share files.
  • Reader
    : a viewer application to view PDFs and saved websites and make annotations and references.
  • Compare
    : a compare application to compare two file versions, highliting insertions, deletions and moves in Microsoft Word documents.
  • References
    : a modern reference manager to organize your research and make references and citations, integrated with Synergy Drive, Reader and Office add-in.

Your Synergy Account

Business and Enterprise accounts are managed by your organization administrators and you will receive the onboarding and log in instructions by email.

Install in Windows

First download and install Synergy Drive. Then you can download and install the Reader and Compare applications. Once you have downloaded the files, double click on each application and complete the installations.

After installing each application, the application will open and you can see it in the taskbar. We recommend to pin the icon to the taskbar to make it easily accesible.

Synergy Drive opens automatically at startup and it is also always accesible from the icons panel on the right side.

Install in Mac

First download and install Synergy Drive. Then you can download and install the Reader and Compare applications. Once you have downloaded the files, double click on each application and complete the installations.
